TankInspector Program for World of Tanks.
With the TankInspector program, you can now choose any vehicle in the World of Tanks client for viewing and comparison and view it from any angle. In addition, you can view vehicles that have not yet been added to the game.
Main features:
- armor models (from game resources)
- module and crew positions for many tanks (unique content)
- display of penetration probability by color depending on the selected gun
- simulation of each shot fired in the last battle
- detailed information at each point of the projectile's trajectory
- calculation of potential damage from an explosion
- calculation of potential damage from a ram
The mod uses game resources and can also be installed on the public test version.
Launch
Launch by pressing the Armor Inspector button in the hangar. The button opens a browser window and loads the selected tank there.
Attention: The first launch may take some time (up to 30 seconds).
AdBlock enabled may interfere with the load (this is an AdBlock issue because it blocks the data file load too aggressively)
Controls
In the left menu, you can select one of the operating modes: X-Ray, Duel, and Ram. X-Ray shows the overall armor of the tank, module positions, and appearance. Duel is for simulating a shot and displaying penetration probabilities. Ram allows you to roughly calculate damage from a ram.
Additional information on each mode is available by pressing the (i) button in the upper left corner.
You can set the firing tank and target in the lower part of the screen, you can also set the speed for Ram and the type of shell there.
The list of shots from the last battle is available by pressing the button on the right.
Installation Instructions
A button named Armor Inspector will appear in the center under the tank in the hangar. Pressing the button will launch the application. Shots from the last battle are automatically transferred to the application when it starts.

Installation
- Open the downloaded archive using any archiver, or the standard Windows interface.
- Drag and drop or copy the "mods" folder from the archive into the folder where your tanks are installed. If you are asked to replace files or folders, you can agree or refuse, there is no difference.
- Players of the Lestas - if the version in the downloaded archive does not match your game, specify your patch version in the "mods" folder.
